Echo Royal by Build Your Own Clone (BYOC)

The Echo Royal is a dual PT2399-based delay pedal that offers a range of features. It has a maximum delay time of 1.5 seconds (45 bpm) and includes tap tempo functionality. The tap multiplier knob allows you to tap out different note divisions, such as quarter notes, dotted eighth notes, eighth notes, triplets, and sixteenth notes.

The pedal also features modulation controls, including rate and depth knobs. These allow you to add various effects, from a subtle tape-warble-like effect to a chorus effect or even an extreme pitch bending effect. The blend knob acts as a wet/dry crossfader, allowing you to adjust the balance between the original signal and the delayed signal. Additionally, the pedal has a dry out option, which can be used in conjunction with a second amplifier to create a spacious delay sound.

The Echo Royal offers two bypass modes: normal bypass and trails bypass. You can easily switch between these modes by pressing and holding the bypass button for three seconds. The pedal utilizes dual PT2399 delay chips, which deliver warm analog-like vintage repeats. It also includes a compander noise reduction circuit to ensure a silent operation.
