The Special K Distortion is a pedal that takes inspiration from the EQD Special Cranker. It features four controls: Level, Tone, More, and Mode. The Level control adjusts the overall output volume of the pedal, allowing you to match it with the rest of your setup. The Tone control shapes the tonal characteristics of the distortion, allowing you to dial in the desired amount of brightness or darkness. The More control is responsible for adjusting the gain or distortion level, giving you the ability to go from a subtle overdrive to a full-on distortion. Lastly, the Mode control lets you choose between two different modes: Silicon and Germanium. These modes offer different tonal characteristics, with Silicon providing a more modern and aggressive sound, while Germanium offers a warmer and vintage-inspired tone. With its versatile controls and different modes, the Special K Distortion allows you to shape your tone and achieve a wide range of distortion sounds.
