The Trembling Loon Tremolo is a tremolo effect pedal that is inspired by the 4ms Tremulus Lune. It features several controls that allow you to shape the tremolo effect to your liking.
The Rate control adjusts the speed of the tremolo, allowing you to create slow, subtle tremolo or fast, choppy tremolo effects. The Depth control determines the intensity or depth of the effect, controlling how much the volume of the signal is modulated.
The Volume control adjusts the overall output volume of the pedal, allowing you to match the level of the effect with your dry signal or to boost the tremolo effect for a more pronounced sound.
The Smooth control adjusts the smoothness or abruptness of the tremolo effect. Turning it clockwise will create a smoother, more gradual transition between the modulated and unmodulated signal, while turning it counterclockwise will create a more abrupt, choppy effect.
The Symmetry control adjusts the balance between the rise and fall times of the tremolo effect. This allows you to create different wave shapes, from symmetrical (equal rise and fall times) to asymmetrical (unequal rise and fall times).
The Spacing control adjusts the spacing or spacing between the pulses of the tremolo effect. This control can create different rhythmic patterns and syncopations, allowing you to add more complexity to your tremolo sound.
