The Courier Overdrive is a pedal that is inspired by the Shnobel Tone Mid Driver Overdrive. It features three controls: Volume, Gain, and a two-band EQ with Low and High knobs.
The Volume control adjusts the overall output level of the pedal. Turning it clockwise increases the volume, while turning it counterclockwise decreases it. This allows you to match the output level of the pedal with your desired sound or to balance it with other effects in your signal chain.
The Gain control determines the amount of overdrive or distortion in your tone. Turning it up increases the gain, resulting in a more saturated and driven sound. Lowering the gain will give you a cleaner and more transparent tone. This control allows you to dial in the amount of grit and crunch that suits your playing style and musical preferences.
The two-band EQ section consists of Low and High knobs. The Low knob adjusts the amount of low-frequency content in your tone. Turning it up enhances the bass response, while turning it down reduces it. The High knob, on the other hand, controls the amount of high-frequency content. Increasing it adds more presence and brightness to your tone, while decreasing it results in a smoother and darker sound. These EQ controls provide you with the flexibility to shape your tone and tailor it to different playing situations or musical genres.
