Schematics, circuits, PCBs and veroboards for guitar effects pedals.
The BuGGFX Daydream is a multiband filtered delay pedal based on the FV-1. It splits the guitar signal into three parallel paths, each with its own resonant filter. This creates multiple layers of cascading harmonic sparkles. The project includes the Pythagoras PCB and pre-programmed EEPROM.
The controls on the Daydream are as follows:
– Time: Adjusts the length of the delay time.
– Width: Controls the amount of repeats.
– Feedback: Controls the amount of repeats.
– Mix: Controls the ratio of wet (effected) to dry (unaffected) signal, ranging from 100% dry to 100% wet.
– Volume: Sets the overall output volume.
– Mode (Toggle Switch): Toggles between Ascending and Descending modes.
The Daydream offers a unique and versatile delay sound with its multiband filtering capabilities. The Time, Width, and Feedback controls allow for precise shaping of the delay effect, while the Mix control lets you blend the wet and dry signals to your liking. The Volume control ensures that the output level matches your desired volume. The Mode toggle switch adds further flexibility by allowing you to switch between Ascending and Descending modes, altering the character of the delay effect.
