The Fender Blender is an iconic fuzz pedal from 1968 that has been used by bands like My Bloody Valentine and The Smashing Pumpkins. It is renowned for its unique octave blend and bass-heavy sound. Our recreation of this classic pedal includes modernizations and features Germanium diodes, a transistor splitter, and a switchable tone control. The Fender Blender has four controls: Blend, Level, Sustain, and Tone. The Blend control adjusts the mix of octave and fuzz, while the Level control adjusts the overall output. The Sustain control adjusts the amount of fuzz and the Tone control adjusts the tone of the pedal. With the Tone control switched off, the pedal produces a bass-heavy sound, while with the Tone control switched on, it produces a more traditional fuzz sound. This pedal is perfect for those looking for a vintage-style fuzz with modern features. It is capable of producing a wide range of tones, from feral to vintage, and is sure to become a classic.
