The Delegate Compressor is a compressor pedal that is inspired by the EQD The Warden. It features a range of controls that allow you to shape your compressed sound. The controls include:
– Ratio: This control determines the amount of compression applied to your signal. Higher ratios result in more pronounced compression.
– Attack: The attack control sets how quickly the compressor responds to the incoming signal. Turning it clockwise will result in a faster attack time, while turning it counterclockwise will result in a slower attack time.
– Release: The release control determines how quickly the compressor stops compressing after the signal falls below the threshold. Clockwise settings will result in a longer release time, while counterclockwise settings will result in a shorter release time.
– Sustain: The sustain control adjusts the level of compression applied to the signal. Higher settings will result in more sustain, while lower settings will result in less sustain.
– Level: The level control adjusts the overall output level of the compressed signal. Turning it clockwise will increase the volume, while turning it counterclockwise will decrease the volume.
– Tone: The tone control allows you to shape the tonal characteristics of the compressed signal. Turning it clockwise will result in a brighter tone, while turning it counterclockwise will result in a darker tone.
