Schematics, circuits, PCBs and veroboards for guitar effects pedals.
The MOSFET Driver is a pedal that is inspired by the BK Butler Tube Driver. It features a pair of adjustable-bias MOSFET gain stages, which replace the 12AX7 vacuum tube found in the original circuit. The pedal stays true to the original schematic, with a few modifications.
The MOSFET Driver has four controls: Hi, Lo, Drive, and Volume. The Hi control allows you to adjust the treble content of the signal, while the Lo control adjusts the bass content. The Drive control determines the amount of gain applied to the signal, allowing you to dial in the desired level of distortion or overdrive. Finally, the Volume control adjusts the overall output volume of the pedal.
