Splitter-Blend by runoffgroove.com
The Splitter-Blend is a guitar pedal that features dual parallel buffered effect loops with a blend control. It allows for the blending of two sets of effects placed in the loops, acting as a signal splitter, a simple mixer, or to blend an effect with the dry signal. The pedal also includes a phase polarity switch for phase matching of the effect loops, which can be used to achieve interesting results when mixing dry and effected signals.
Key Features:
– Dual parallel buffered effect loops
– Blend control for blending two sets of effects
– Phase polarity switch for phase matching of effect loops
The Splitter-Blend was developed with the contributions of the DIY-FX community. The original circuit’s Return section was contributed by Per Cederholm, while RG Keen’s polarity reverser article, Jack Orman’s Quad Buffer and Dual Boost circuits, Gez Paton’s assistance with the revision process, and JD Sleep’s Parallelyzer article were all instrumental in the development of this pedal.
